My genius idea is genius and as established by my 2016 City of Fort Myers Art and Culture Grant Award sponsored by the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation and administration by the SWFL Community Foundation Collaboratory. I was recognized as genius, conceptual artist and American Revolutionary and in counter revolution to Lee County academic and civil culture direction and governance. My Grant Award authorities refuse to publish and exhibit my grant award and subsequent inventions in art and civil rights. I invented two new conceptual arts and new forms in visual art history painting. I pioneered submitting them through local government because academia is not allowed to recognize a new conceptual art or new form in visual art history painting. There is no known academia, institution or individual that can affirm a new form in painting. My grant in part establishes recycling, sustainability and social practice for visual art history painting through recycling the artists scrap paint tube and materials as painting and extracted found paint as painting - paint extracted from old cans processed as painting. Paint is a micro plastic and has been found in the human heart. Micro plastics are a primary water pollutant and also promote the ability of Cyanobacteria to bloom in our waterways. Our top academic in SWFl is Jade Dellinger Director of the Bob Rauschenberg Gallery. Director Dellinger stated my work is of fundamental environmental importance. I am his closest peer here in SWFL. He made me environmentalist in 2019. Recycling the artists scrap paint tube is the most significant recycle art since the artist El invented recycling for foil labels from alcohol bottles, the paint tubes are beautiful and especially linked together as large tapestry paintings. In 2017 I invented the graphic design for EQUAL ACCESS / COMPUTER EQUALITY / AMERICAN CIVIL RIGHT, Computer Handicap recognition and Icon and submitted it as part of our City Of Fort Myers Art and Culture Grant Recipients Exhibition at SBDAC. Hurricane Irma closed our Grat Exhibition after one night and my grant award and new civil right was not published. City if Fort Myers ART CONSULTANT TOM HALL told me my grant was not published because so few people saw it. He then asked me to name the top four artists of the Robert Rauschenberg conceptual legacy and if I could establish CIVIL RIGHTS FOR VISUAL ART, ARTISTS AND ART HISTORY BASED ON ART HISTORY. I invented a formula and submitted it to Mayor Henderson and the City of Fort Myers in January of 2020. Former CEO Sarah Owen came to our 2017 Grant Recipient Exhibition at SBDAC and addressed me as Metaphysician and asked me about the academic enigmas I crack and in real time and if I could read the minds of other metaphysicians. My Ward 4 City Councilman Dr Liston Bochette asked me to write a set of reports on the forces that are tearing our City and Nation apart. I submit and read my reports as sworn affidavits to the City Council of Fort Myers. Recently I outed Director Dellinger as head of an unknown academia - occult and art metaphysical academia. This is the only academia that can affirm a new form in painting and he is not allowed to do that. My grant was to expose this condition in academia and governance.I also outed Director Dellinger as academic adjudicator for post WW2 Antifa. One of the architects of the Sanibel Plan also created a second plan from Captiva with Robert Rauschenberg and occult and art metaphysical academia to establish tensions for civil war and population reduction by unpreparedness fro flu pandemic. Post WW2 Antifa became academic Fluxus in 1979 and as Lee County academic and civil culture direction and governance and as a conceptual cultural Marxism Communism and for our domination by artificial intelligence. Academic Fluxus is exactly as it is spelled Flu X US, Flu x us. The Sanibel Plan put animals and computers over human development and which established tensions for civil war. Barnard Construction Co. Inc. from Bozeman, Mont. The contract involves the construction of a 3,400-acre reservoir that will store up to 15 feet of water and will provide 50,600 acre-feet (16.5 billion gallons) of storage capacity. Construction is anticipated to begin this winter.
